Commissioning Engineers and Project Managers
The ideal candidate(s) shall possess a BSME and have a minimum of 8+ years of well rounded project management experience in building systems commissioning, HVAC testing and balancing, BMS systems, construction and operations/ field troubleshooting, controls experience for HVAC and mechanical systems, knowledge of cooling tower and chillers including distribution systems and knowledge of electrical distribution systems. Pharmaceutical, HVAC and validation experience, including generation and execution of validation protocols and performing peer to peer reviews of mechanical drawing packages is desired.
Certified Commissioning Professional or LEED Certified Professional are a plus! A PE is preferred, but not required. Interaction experience with clients, construction managers and contractors, strong communication and technical writing skills, along with a project level supervisory experience is mandatory.
