Our planned approach to energy reduction is practical and integrated.  It covers simple, low cost solutions like retro-commissioning to capital-intensive solutions such as distributed onsite generation.  Our energy audits are known in the industry for being very "usable," with recommendations that are accurate and can be implemented.

We strive to integrate the principles of the LEED™ Rating System for clients that want to incorporate energy optimization and environmentally sensitive design and utilization.  Approximately one third of our staff is LEED™ Accredited and/or Certified Energy Managers.

In addition to our engineering and energy consulting services, we offer our clients utility rebate and incentive support for NYSERDA and NJ Smart Start Programs, LEED™ certification and Energy Star certification.  We have extensive experience and track record to get our clients the most substantial rebates or incentives available.
