Ed Liberty
Vice President
Ed Liberty is Vice President of Dome-Tech, Inc. He has held this position since 2008. Ed joined Dome-Tech in 2005 as President, Dome-Tech Energy Advisors.
Before joining Dome-Tech, Ed held Director positions in the asset development, key account management, energy services and gas transportation services at NUI Corporation of Bedminster, New Jersey, a diversified natural gas utility, energy trading and telecommunications holding company. Prior to his tenure at NUI Ed held various management positions in power plant operations and maintenance, project development and energy services with Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) Company and Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) of Newark, New Jersey, a diversified utility and energy company.
Ed holds a BSME degree from Newark College of Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He previously served as a Director on the Board of the Florida Natural Gas Association from 2001 to 2005. Ed currently serves on the Board of two national non-profit organizations governing the sport of competitive youth sailing in the US, The Club 420 Association, Inc. and the US International 420 Class Association.
Troy Walters
Chief Financial Officer
Troy Walters is Chief Financial Officer of Dome-Tech, Inc. He has held this position since April 2007.
Before joining Dome-Tech, Troy was Chief Financial Officer of ACC, a privately-held construction management firm in New York City and Tore Enterprises, an electrical construction and real estate development firm in Belleville, New Jersey. He has extensive financial and project management experience that he gained through various positions in construction, real estate, development, and property management firms.
Troy earned a Master of Business Administration degree in general business from York College of Pennsylvania, following attainment of a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, also from York College.
