Challenge:
When Ethicon, a J&J Company, looked for a team they could feel confident with to ensure their boiler replacement job would come off successfully, they looked to DES for a turnkey package. Due to the cramped configuration of the boiler room, and the need to maintain steam production through the entire project, DES took a unique approach to system design, equipment selection, creative rigging, backup steam production, and streamlined installation that brought a 600 HP boiler on line, faster than ever expected by the client.
