When the residents demanded better performance out of existing HVAC systems, Riveria Towers turned to Dome-Tech Energy Solutions (DES).  Offering cost-effective energy solutions, DES designed and implemented a new, high efficient chiller and cooling tower to provide reliable cooling at a better value.

 When the existing HVAC system failed to meet resident expectations, the DES design build team knew significant system changes needed to be implemented.  Their biggest challenge was replacing th existing cooling system, while minimizing disruption to a high end residential environment.  With careful planning and a thoughtful design, DES competed implementations of the project in an unobtrusive nature.
