While it is a good start, it provides little guidance to your staff on the new system. Day 2 Services takes this generic data and transforms it into a concise guidebook for the operation and maintenance of your facility. Our O&M manuals address energy efficient operations, safety procedures and maintenance tasks and frequency. It is provided in both a hard copy and electronic formats for rapid retrieval when needed. We provide training and O&M manuals that are specific to your facility and occupant needs and we work with the contractors to ensure you receive all proper system documentation.
