A mandatory part of any U.S. Green Building Council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) project, the commissioning process significantly increases the quality of the finished facility. It also speaks loud and clear to the community that the facility is built with both the global and interior environments in mind. And it paves the way for sustainability by ensuring training and resources for the O&M staff. Dome-Tech currently has many LEED™ projects on the books and nearly one third of the company is LEED™ accredited. Using Dome-Tech guarantees LEED™ commissioning will be done right. In fact, Dome-Tech actually “wrote the book” on LEED™ commissioning when we developed the LEED™ commissioning training program.

LEED™ commissioning consists of two levels: “Fundamental Building Commissioning,” which is mandatory for certification, and “Additional Commissioning.” Regardless of which option is chosen, the client works with the best when Dome-Tech is on board.
