Press Release:  Dome-Tech Energy Engineers Announces New Leadership

Edison, New Jersey (October 24, 2005) - Dome-Tech Group announces that Ed Liberty has joined the firm as President of Dome-Tech Energy Engineers.  A member of the Dome-Tech Group, Dome-Tech Energy Engineers provides energy consulting services to clients striving to reduce energy costs by screening for and applying both demand and supply side energy and cost saving alternatives.

Prior to joining Dome-Tech Ed was with NUI Corporation of Bedminster, New Jersey where he held Director positions in the asset development, key accounts, project development and gas transportation services departments.  Ed's experience also includes sixteen years with Public Service Electric & Gas (PSE&G) Company of Newark, New Jersey where he held management positions in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, project development and retail energy services.  His power generation experience covers utility scale steam based power plants as well as combustion turbine based peaking and combine cycle power plants.

Ed holds a BSME degree from Newark College of Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has served as a Director on the Board of the Florida Natural Gas Association since 2001.
