Press Release: Dome-Tech Team Continues to Expand
Rapid Growth Comes in Response to Increased Demand for Specialized HVAC and Energy Services

Edison, New Jersey – May 17, 2004 –A leading provider of commissioning, field engineering and energy engineering, facility management consulting and design build services, the Dome-Tech Group announces the addition of six new team members. This expansion comes in response to a rapid increase in demand for Dome-Tech’s specialized engineering services. Further enhancing their leadership position, Dome-Tech also announces the recently enhanced credentials of the Field Engineering Group.

Dome-Tech Commissioning Services increases its expertise with the addition of Kevin Scully, Michael Falkenstern and Donald Strunck. Falkenstern has a strong design background and was actively involved in the HVAC design of such well known buildings as the Circ Center in Philadelphia and the Harborside Building in Jersey City. Scully previously managed his own controls company in New Jersey and is an expert in installing and trouble shooting mechanical systems. Formerly of Andover Controls, Strunck specializes in controls systems for pharmaceutical and R&D facilities.

The addition of Douglas Peacock and Michael Cutrona to Dome-Tech Energy Solutions allows DES to offer clients project management through the entire life cycle of the project. Peacock will be involved with direct project implementation while Cutrona will focus on engineering and quantitative analysis of projects and designs.

Increasing the credentials of the Field Engineering group, Vice President Keith Rinaldi received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Bill Broadhurst, a Senior Project Manager, attained registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of New Jersey. Rinaldi has been with Dome-Tech for 11 years and was a key member of the team which established and formalized Dome-Tech’s retro-commissioning process. Broadhurst has been with Dome-Tech for 8 years and currently manages onsite testing, troubleshooting, balancing and analysis of a wide range of HVAC equipment and systems including high end pharmaceutical laboratory systems. Dome-Tech Field Engineering also announces the addition of Senior HVAC Technician, Prentice McCoy. McCoy was formerly of the Plainfield Board of Education Building and Grounds Department where he managed HVAC systems for 13 schools including the 54k sf Swing School.
