June 13, 2006 (Edison, NJ) - FM3 Group announces that Frank Scipione has joined the firm as a Senior Consultant. A member of the Dome-Tech Group, FM3 combines engineering and business management to provide maintenance programs that ensures facilities run efficiently. In his new position, Frank will work with clients to develop processes and procedures to optimize productivity and increase safety in their facilities.
With over 25 years of experience, Frank specializes in facility operations and maintenance program development and implementation. He continually provides site managers and building owners with solutions to increase process capabilities and enhance workforce productivity while meeting environmental, regulatory and health and safety requirements. He has diversified operational experience, as both a line manager and internal consultant to line organizations with accountability for the delivery of business results by influencing culture change.
