Press Release:  Dome-TEch Solar Team expands to meet growing customer demands, new vice president of operations will drive engineering and construction of solar installations

EDISON, NJ (June 22, 2005) - Bridgewater, NJ resident Robert Rynar has been named to the new position of Vice President of Operations for Dome-Tech Solar, a premier provider of solar energy systems for businesses in New Jersey.

His appointment comes in response to a rapid increase in demand for Edison-based Dome-Tech's solar solutions in the New Jersey area.  Rynar is responsible for the final delivery of all solar projects, including engineering, procurement, construction and warranty services.

"Rob brings years of project management experience that will be a tremendous asset to our team," said Tom Kuster, president, Dome-Tech Solar.  "His expertise in managing field operations will help us streamline our delivery process and improve our project timeline."

Rynar has 17 years of experience in project management and engineering for electrical construction projects.  He was Vice President of Operations for Forest Electric managing the Edison office for seven years.  Rynar also worked with Beach Electric Company of NJ and the Coken company of RI.  He began his career in 1988 as a project manager for Lighting Electric Company in Millburn, NJ.

Significant projects Rynar has managed include construction of the Goldman Sachs 30 Hudson Street Project in Jersey City, currently the tallest building in the state, and the Federal Building and US Court House in Islep, NY, at the time the largest project on Long Island since the construction of the Shoreham Nuclear Project.

He also served as the full-time project manager of the Canal Road Water Treatment Plant for then-Elizabethtown Water.  The Canal Road facility, now owned by New Jersey American Water, is currently the site of the largest ground-mounted solar installation in New Jersey, as Dome-Tech Solar project.

Rynar has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.  He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of New York.

Founded in 2004, Dome-Tech Solar is a fully-integrated solar solutions company specializing in analysis, design, engineering, development, financing and implementation of solar photovoltaic systems for commercial and industrial client applications.
